THE NEXT ARTIST'S WAY SESSION WILL BEGIN IN JANUARY 2026. Price is $800 for the full course or $65 per session. Please contact me if you need financial help, sliding scale rates are available. Grounded in Gratitude: A Social + Savasana Gathering
A cozy heartfelt gathering that blends social warmth with meditative stillness. We begin with tea and sharing small joys in a gratitude circle- write out some things we are holding gratitude for presently, and string them into a gratitude garland that will decorate our Soma House for the Season.
Drop in to say HI! and leave your note for the garland OR stay and settle into a guided savasana with soothing sound and gift.

A guided journey that blends hands on touch, Thai inspired assisted stretching, restorative yoga and nidra meditation to soothe and reconnect to your body and its natural state.

We welcome you back in our doors and offer you a ‘Sketch and Sound’ experience! Doors open at 6pm for some socializing and snacks. At 6:30 we invite you for our Sketch and Sound, a 45 minute sensory session where pencil meets sound bowl, and stillness finds form. Come to the table- paper, pencils, pens and charcoal will be provided. Sit and contemplate the sounds of the healing bowls as you are gently guided through a meditative journey into sketching your thoughts and feelings in the moment. With tea in hand, we will close the night in community and shared stories of our drawing experiences. Drop in for Sketch and Sound is $20 Sign up HERE!

A dreamy Nidra-infused experience that uses layered soundscapes and poetic visualization to access the subconscious.
Join us for a profound guided journey where we will connect with our shadow-selves amidst a soothing yet deep sound bath. Journey through a quiet underworld of your psyche, through sound and breath to meet with forgotten truths and rise up awakened and whole. Come comfortable and cozy. We will provide cozy tea and snacks as well as a simple journal for you to take home and continue your dreamy observations.
