Cancellation Policy - We reserve your appointment time just for you.
If you need to cancel:
Day before: We allow for one reschedule.
After that, any additional day‑before cancellation is charged as a same‑day cancellation.

Same day up to 2 hours before your appointment:
50% of the booked service will be charged.

No‑show or cancel 2 hours before appointment time:
The full service amount will becharged.
Thank you for understanding — this helps keep the schedule fair and available for everyone.
Please arrive for any scheduled sessions 10 minutes prior to your start time to ensure you are cozy and un-rushed.
To get the most out of your contrast therapy experience:
• Hydrate before arriving- we also have plenty of teas to brew as well as electrolytes to add to your refreshment
• You may bring your swimwear but know that it is not a requirement- the space is private and we provide towels, in addition you will be required to shower before entering the sauna and cold plunge- if you are wearing swimwear, please rinse off with your swim attire on.
• We provide towels but you are more than welcome to bring your own
• You may want to avoid heavy meals 1 hour before coming to any service for your own comfort
